Refund policy

At Janful, we want every product you receive to feel like it was made for you. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and stress-free.

Returns

  • You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • To begin a return, contact us at support@Janful.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the steps and provide return instructions.
  • Please note: Our Hong Kong warehouse handles logistics only—returns must follow the directions we provide to ensure proper processing.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@Janful.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue quickly at no cost to you.
